I have been having lots of problems with e-mails recently. Pipex, who I have used since the beginning (Late 90s) and have NEVER had any problems with broadband, wifi or dialup anywhere in the world. The customer service and technical support was always professional and excellent. Sinced Opal took over Pipex and merged it with TalkTalk, I cannot send more than 25 bulk e-mails at a time. If I send them individually, it bombs out after about 50. If I can get a mobile connection, I can only send one or two, or receive one or two. Mail doesn't arrive. (I've noticed one or two of you have tried to join this forum but I didn't get the confirmation e-mail! Please try again!). I have been using my old HotMail account when I can't get on TalkTalk but it moans about spamming and I know some e-mails don't arrive. It does let me send bulk though, under protest. So, if I can't get the updates out on TalkTalk, I'll pump them out on Hotmail, and resend them on TalkTalk if/when I can. You all can download them from the web anyway. If you have forgotten the password, e-mail or ring me. I carry all the necessary info on my mobile phone. I'm working on setting up my own mail server on www.simplesoftware.co.uk which should solve all my problems but I'm having trouble configuring it. I'll get there! In the mean time, I have set up another e-mail account. I'll test that today.
