  All the results below are the analysis of the top rated clock horse which was predicted to win a 
particular race from a sample of 18, races within the last 1 years.
  The critera is 'top rated only', NO RATING LEAD BETWEEN THE TOP TWO RATED HORSES.
Basically, bet on everything, whatever the course, distance, racetype, etc. It will show up,
not a betting strategy, but how horses, courses, trainers, jockeys, owners and all the combinations
relate to each other and my program, with no other constraints. 
    If you bet on the top rated in every race, you can see you will loose a fortune!
Using the best rating of the last three runs. 
Only Flat Turf data was used for turf races, Allweather for Allweather, Hunt for Hunt, Chase for 
Chase and Bumper for Bumper'.
It is NOT the numbers of times the horse actually won, it is the number of times that the program 
PREDICTED CORRECTLY that the horse could win.
